The Attain™ IVF Program

Thousands of people have made their dream of having a family come true through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment.  But the reality is that most people will require more than one IVF cycle to be successful.  At the Center for Human Reproduction, we offer the Attain™ IVF Programs to help improve your chances of having a baby while managing the cost of treatment.  It is our sincere belief that concerns over cost should not add stress to the challenge of achieving parenthood.   We understand that many patients do not have fertility treatment insurance coverage for assisted reproductive technology.  In order to help make IVF more accessible to those who need it, we offer the Attain™ IVF Program.

How the process works:

1. Our physician will evaluate you and your partner and determine if IVF treatment is right for you. 
   
   
2. Following your consultation with the physician you will meet with one of our Financial Counselors who will provide you with more information on financing options, including the Attain™ IVF Programs.  If interested in the program ask your Financial Counselor to submit an Attain™ IVF Program application on your behalf.  There are no risks or obligations to find out if you qualify. 
   
   
3. The Attain™IVF Program clinical team will determine your Attain™ IVF Program eligibility. An Attain™ representative will then call you with you results and send you (by secure e-mail or mail) a contract detailing your options.
   
   
4. Finally, you will decide which Attain™ IVF Program is right for you and how you will pay for your IVF treatment.  Over 75% of applicants are accepted into the Attain™IVF Program, and the Multi-Cycle Program is offered to 100% of patients who are IVF candidates.


• The Attain™ IVF Program includes up to 6 treatment cycles (three IVF cycles and three frozen embryo cycles). If treatment is unsuccessful, there is up to a 70% refund for women using their own eggs and up to a 100% refund for donor egg recipients (frozen embryo cycles are unlimited for donor egg recipients).  Three out of four participants who complete the program take home a baby.


• If you do not qualify for the Attain™ IVF Program, you may be able to participate in the Attain™ IVF Program Multi-Cycle Program, which is available to any patient whose doctor recommends IVF treatment using their own eggs.  The Multi-Cycle Program includes up to four treatment cycles (2 IVF cycles and 2 frozen embryo cycles).  The Multi-Cycle Program provides a lower cost option while increasing your chance of success.  The Attain™ IVF Program does not include a refund option.
